I have updated the app to the new version but there is still a problem with it.
It still fails to detect that I am a subscriber, even though App account details has my email address and shows me as logged in.
HoWeber there is something else happening to. If I leave the app running for about 60s, it starts pulling back 7 days worth of data and I no longer get subscription messages.
This is not an issue to do with limited resource on the device. For 2 reasons. Firstly there is plenty of free space available and the problem has appeared on multiple devices. Secondly if it was it would be losing settings for my account and I would have to reenter them to login. Not true I entered them once at installation time and as long as I leave the App for 60s after startup it seems to work fine. No data was lost. This is not a resource issue.
What does seem to be happening however is that the app is unable or unwilling to detect its subscription status when it initially loads up. Perhaps it is not even checking it at that point? It obviously does check it later in its lifecycle because all starts to work then.
I would be grateful if you could redouble your efforts and sort this out, there is not much point have a subscription to use with the app as it stands.
I am happy to trial any development builds you have as this is reproducible for me on my devices using the .12 build.
