@Scarabot Yes. Sometimes if the Android subscription auto-renews, the web site will not show subscriber-only features but the Android app still does - this is a bug. If this happens to anyone else, just email us and we'll fix it for you. :)
Apple subscriptions do not survive getting a new phone, even if you log in to your iTunes account. When did you purchase your subscription? Forward your iTunes receipt to email@example.com and we can help.
Apple subscriptions don't survive restoring your phone unless you created a UAVForecast account after you made the purchase, unfortunately, assuming you paid via iTunes. If you forward your iTunes receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org we may be able to help.
